In the summer of 2023 (August), I visited the beautiful country and city of Macau. Macau is a special administrative region of China and is considered the Las Vegas of the East. Macau was a Portuguese territory till 1999. The Portuguese influence is noticeable in the city: the colonial buildings, the roadsigns in Portuguese, and the Portuguese restaurants in the heart of Macau. Despite the heat, we decided to discover Macau by foot. Enjoy this vlog and see what we did, saw, and ate during our 10-hour visit to Macau. Latvia marks my 30th country! I would never have expected to visit Latvia. My friend and I were looking for cheap tickets and came across Riga. We were both excited and hesitant but did end up going. The Riviera life… You’ve heard of it! Fancyness, tanned bodies, and French wine at the beach. During our road trip, we did a riviera hop, where we visited some of the most known French cities on the riviera. In this vlog, I’m covering 3 of these cities. Cannes, which was our base for this trip. Nice, a city where we spontaneously started dancing salsa after swimming in crystal clear waters. And Monaco, a city where you can smell the money in the air. Are you planning on going to the South of France? My tip for you is to save up some money! It’s no joke when they say that these cities are expensive. But experiencing the Mediterranean and tropical vibes in Europe comes at a price.
