This pandemic has made it very difficult to meet each other as we used to. Some of us are working from home and are missing and reminiscing the wonderful and euphoric times we had while dancing and working out together.
We are not in this alone. Safety and our health come first!
This is why I created these (dance)workouts for you to do in the comfort of your home. At your own time. And the benefit is that you can rewatch them as many times as you want. Let's get it!
